The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. 44winn does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the user's sole responsibility. The maximum daily deposit can be set by the user as a responsible gambling tool.

Sports Betting at 44winn covers more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Premier League, La Liga, and others), volleyball (Superliga Brasileira, Liga das Nações), basketball (NBB, NBA), MMA/UFC, and e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant). A bet is only considered valid once explicitly confirmed by the 44winn system, with a ticket code generated and displayed to the user. Bets pending confirmation are not considered accepted.
If an event is cancelled before it starts, all related bets will be voided and the amounts returned to the user's balance. If an event is suspended after starting and is not completed within 24 hours, bets will be settled based on the result at the time of suspension or voided — in accordance with the sport-specific rules available in the help center.
In live betting, odds are updated in real time and may be temporarily suspended during key moments — such as goals, serious fouls, timeouts, or broadcast technical issues. Bets placed during a suspension period are automatically cancelled and the amounts returned.
In cases of clearly incorrect odds resulting from technical or human error — identified as substantially out of line with the market — 44winn reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and refund the amounts wagered, even after the event outcome is known.

Bonuses have an expiration date. Welcome bonuses are valid for 30 calendar days from the date they are granted. Unused bonuses will be automatically removed from the account once the deadline passes, with no possibility of recovery.
44winn monitors betting patterns that may indicate bonus abuse — such as placing opposing bets within the same account (arbitrage), using multiple accounts, or any form of systematic exploitation of promotions.
